The HRmaster Task Management module embeds under any other HRmaster module to record and organize tasks:
- Create custom-configurable task tickets, with status, priority and deadline
- Customizable Kanban boards make tasks easy to manage: you can create several boards, assign permissions to them, and adapt the columns to your company’s processes, so task progress is easy to follow visually.
- Event-driven, automatic task assignment (e.g. when someone is onboarded, the necessary to-dos are created automatically)
- Even multi-level approval processes can be built into tasks (tickets)
- Attach documents and add comments to individual tasks, so the module also works as a teamwork tool
- Advanced filtering and search options, plus delegation of tasks to yourself or others
- Automatic email notifications about task-related events
