Cafeteria administration has to be handled in the most cost-effective way possible – on paper and in Excel, that is nearly impossible.

The solution

The HRmaster Cafeteria module works in integration with the Personnel Records core module and automates the entire process:

Create employee groups with individual annual budgets and eligible benefit items
Self-service, web-based declarations for employees, supported by validation checks and error messages
Automatic email notifications when the period opens and ahead of the declaration deadline
The system always applies the latest legal requirements when calculating budgets
Signed declarations are uploaded back to the document library and passed on to payroll automatically
The cafeteria policy can be accepted by employees separately, and filling in the declaration can only begin once they have approved it.
The system supports the cafeteria items defined by law, while the item list is fully customizable: new items can be added to fit company needs.
Declarations can also be generated in English and Romanian
